COVID-19 Updates

Our Continued Commitment To You And Your Health

Last Updated: October 24, 2022

We have spent a significant amount of time and effort learning and creating best practices to be able to deliver dental care in a manner that is as safe as possible for both our patients and staff. Our office follows infection control recommendations made by the American Dental Association (ADA), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). Our processes will continue to evolve as community disease levels fluctuate and new scientific understanding of the transmissibility of SARS-CoV2 becomes available. We will continue to work hard to stay up-to-date, and ask for your flexibility and understanding as our processes undoubtedly will continue to change.

What to know about Visits:

  • Please wear a mask to your appointment. We ask that you wear a mask at all times except during a procedure. We will let you know when it's time to take it off and when to put it back on.
  • We now have our forms online and kindly ask that you complete them 24 hours before your appointment time, when possible. We will let you know if you have any forms that need to be updated. Access our online patient forms »
  • Telehealth visits are still available for some dental emergencies, consultations, and follow up appointments. We have had surprising success with virtual visits. We may ask you to come in if your emergency or situation requires an in-person evaluation. Read More about Teledentistry »
  • Your appointments may take a little longer. Protocols to ensure your safety may add a few extra minutes to your appointment.

How we keep a safe working environment for the Team:

  • We have received the COVID-19 Vaccination. A special thanks to Stoughton Hospital for offering us the Moderna vaccine!
  • We have above and beyond PPE. Our PPE meets or exceeds recommendations given by CDC, OSHA and the ADA.
  • H13 HEPA Air Purification systems have been installed in treatment rooms to reduce the chance of airborne transmission of SARS-CoV2.
  • GPS Bipolar Ionization system filters have been installed in our HVAC systems.
  • We have protocols to prevent cross-contamination of work and personal items. It's always best to not bring work home, and vice versa.
  • We schedule extra time between patient appointments so staff can safely don and doff PPE, thoroughly sanitize treatment areas and sterilize instruments. We will eventually be efficient in our new ways, but safety cannot be rushed.

Thank you for your trust in us and for your continued support of our local small business. We look forward to seeing you again and are happy to answer any questions you may have. To make an appointment, please call our office at 608-238-8228.
